She explained that this latest down-load surge of energies corresponded with increased activities by members of the spiritual star command and the Celestial Council of Light to increase the activation of peoples ability for communication with the spiritual realm on a personal level, reducing the need for sole reliance on group channelings. The purpose of this is for advanced scholars to step up to the top rung of the spiritual ladder and become acquainted with their divine doubles or twin flames. For those on the lower rungs, it is time for the expression “ when the student is ready the master will come” to be also amplified.
