I've always believed in spirits and believe that although I haven't seen anything, I can sense spirits. I feel I've had 2 experiences that make me believe even more that there are spirits around us.
A few years ago I was in bed and had just had a nightmare, I awoke and sat up in bed as I realised it was just a dream. The next thing I knew a force had flung my head and body back onto my pillow and automatically made my eyes shut and I couldn't move my body, it was like I was pinned down to the bed!
Then I heard a voice in my ear. It was a mans voice, he had a deep geordie accent and he was singing "Don't worry, it's just a dream", when I say singing it was more like a lullaby to calm me down.
I was absolutley pertrified! I tried to move my head so I could turn and see who was this person In my room with me as It was just me and my mum that lived in our house. I still couldn't open my eyes either.
After about a minute I finally managed to fight this force and move my head and open my eyes.... there was no-one or nothing there!
I told my mum what happened and she said that a relative on my dad's side died years ago and that he was from Newcastle aka a Geordie!
I also spoke to various mediums and one suggested that sometimes when you're going through a vulnerable time in your life a spirit can be attracted to you because of this.
My other experience was being in bed AGAIN and I had been asleep, I was just starting but It felt as though someone was lifting my quilt off me, I immediatley opened my eyes but the quilt was still covering me.
Once again I spoke to a medium and they reckoned that this was a rogue spirit and had been attracted to me sexually!!! Im not sure If I quite believe that one, do you?!
