I have always enjoyed drawing since childhood. I enjoyed drawing sketches of pictures in magazines such as people doing gymnastics and women in 70’s fashion as it was at the time. I also sketched my mum when we were sat in the living room together and now I wish I still had those sketches as a reminder of us enjoying the evening together. I remember sketching and showing her my drawings of her and her saying how good they were. When we went on holiday to Cornwall I used to see many art galleries with paintings of the sea there. I nearly started drawing and painting a few years ago when I took some home study A levels, but the Art one was put aside again as I didn’t have enough time to do them all, this was such a shame and I did regret not continuing with this as I could have finished it if I had persevered.

Last year 2023, I was talking to someone I know about art as he buys and sells paintings and that I would like to paint. He bought me some paints, acrylics, oils, watercolours and crayons so I started painting in acrylics. I am so pleased t hat I paint now. I find it very relaxing and enjoy the process of building up a painting and adding more layers, changing the painting and developing the picture which is easy to do with acrylics because you can add many layers and make changes to colours and scenes as you wish. At the moment I am painting seascapes, animals, birds, landscapes and spiritual artwork such as angels, reiki symbols and spirit guides.

I paint commissioned spiritual art which could be angels, or something to do with reiki or an idea you have for a spiritual painting that you would like to see come to life, or If you would like to have your spirit guide or spirit animal painted intuitively or from what you tell me who it is/ they are please contact me. I am based in UK and I am an holistic therapist and reiki practitioner/ teacher. I also imbue my commissioned paintings with reiki on request so that you can enjoy art and reiki energy at the same time.
